China's securities industry started late than developed countries,but in recent years it has developed rapidly.At present,there are nearly 6,000 securities branches were established in China,and the competition among securities firms has become increasingly fierce,which puts forward higher requirements for the management level of securities companies.As the backbone of a securities company,the management ability of middle-level managers directly decides whether the company's strategic decisions can be effectively communicated and firmly implemented in the grass-roots employees.It is of great significance to achieve the goals of the team and organization by enhancing the leadership of middle-level managers.G Securities Company achieves a high ranking among domestic securities firms.This paper chooses Shaanxi Branch of G Securities as the research object,studies the current situation and existing problems of middle-level managers' leadership,and puts forward a series of effective promotion programs,hoping to provide the middle management of other securities companies in the industry some inspiring ideas.Through the method of literature research,on the basis of reading a large number of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign classical literature,this paper understands the historical development and current situation of leadership theory,systematically studies the concept of leadership and related theories,and provides theoretical support for further investigation and interviews to ensure that the research process has a solid theoretical basis.In the process of analyzing and solving problems,we get the methodology from the literature study and optimize the content of the literature.Finally,we form our own theoretical framework and apply it to the research of the thesis topic.In the process of researching the leadership of the middle managers of G Securities Shaanxi Branch,it is necessary to analyze the work of the middlemanagers.Through on-the-spot interviews and questionnaires among the employees of G Securities Shaanxi Branch,we can know the basic situation of the middle managers of G Securities Shaanxi Branch and the questions of their leadship,we will arrange,count up and research the collected data,according to the knowledge we have,performing a deep analysis of the problem,find out the key factors affecting their leadershipin order to develop the ultimate leadership improvement program.At the same time,by comparing with the management performance results of G Securities Shaanxi Branch middle managers,to verify whether the conclusions are consistent with the actual situation.Finally,I hope that the middle-level managers of G Securities Company Shaanxi Branch can improve management performance by enhancing leadership,so that G Securities Company Shaanxi Branch can face the increasingly fierce market competition and remain invincible for a long time.At the same time,I hope that the research on the leadership improvement of the middle managers of G Securities Shaanxi Branch will be of some reference value to other securities companies in the industry.
