Heshan footwear industry has a long history,can be traced back to the earliest years of the Qing Dynasty.Heshan City,the industrial system is second only to the textile industry,the second largest feature industry.In 2009,Heshan City,"China's men's shoes production base," the honorary title,the footwear industry as an important pillar of Heshan economic pillar industries and city cards.According to incomplete statistics,as of now,Heshan City in the footwear production and affiliated enterprises nearly 1,000.M company is one of them.Founded in 2002,M company,mainly engaged in the production of men's shoes and domestic sales,the average daily output of 1,200-1800 pairs,with an average annual sales of about 100,000 pairs.However,similar to other shoe enterprises,the logistics development of M company shows more and more varieties,small batch trend,and this trend is also affecting the footwear enterprises in all aspects of supply chain management,in particular,accurate and timely logistics and transportation And distribution of the logistics industry to become the pursuit of M goal.M company is facing the following problems: the main direction of domestic sales,a single shipment of about 50-100 pairs of bulk,the product volume is not large,coupled with the demand for a more obvious seasonal trend,not to scale transport conditions,mainly temporary The daily delivery is done in the form of a hiring fleet.This mode of transport,on the one hand led to the arrival of the speed is not satisfactory,customer satisfaction is not high or even loss of sales opportunities;the other hand,the downstream retailers face a dynamic environment,from time to time because of rush goods labels and goods Matching,resulting in the inefficient transport of goods and return transport makes transport costs accounted for a large proportion of the total cost of the enterprise.Therefore,I think M company need to learn from scientific and rational logistics management theory tools and methods to optimize the distribution,and promote the efficiency and quality of distribution links.This paper first analyzes the specific situation of M company's footwear logistics,considers the market demand factors,finds out the problems and the causes of the problem,and then draws lessons from the successful case of domestic and foreign footwear enterprises warehousing and distribution,at the same time the use of literature analysis,case study,Questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to optimize the distribution mode of the M-Shoe industry and optimize the distribution mode of the M-Shoe industry,and then to optimize the logistics distribution.The results show that the improved in order delivery time M shoes from the original 40 hours to about 32 hours,the delivery error rate to 3%;M shoes product distribution cost decreased by 12.5%,the quality of service delivery was greatly improved.The implementation results show that the effectiveness of the improved M footwear industry is continuously increasing.
