On The Scientific And Cultural Properties Of The Five Development Concepts

The theme of this dissertation is the scientific and cultural properties of the five development concepts.Starting with elaborating the structure,the features and the functions of Scientific Culture,this dissertation analyzed the five development concepts-innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing and the corresponding science cultural properties.Then,it unscrambled the spirits,the rules and the values of the scientific culture.Finally,this dissertation talked about the study and promotion of science culture and the five development concepts.In order to increase the percentage of scientific culture in the five development concepts,we need to find the structure,spirit,attribute,function and value of the scientific culture in the five development concepts.Thus,we can create a new way to cognize the five development concepts.This dissertation is divided into four parts altogether:The first part studies the writing background and significance,the literature review,the writing method and the possible innovations that this paper draws.Among them,the part of the literature review respectively reviewed the scientific culture and the five development concepts.Literature analysis,text analysis and multi-angle analysis are used to analyze and write the theory.The second part studies the basic theory,mainly elaborates the basic structure,important features and functions of scientific culture.This part interprets the structure of science and culture from the material,institutional and conceptual levels.It mainly discusses the truth,systematic,ecology,transcendence and humanity of science culture.Finally this part interprets the social productive functions and spiritual power functions of scientific culture.The third part studies the scientific and cultural characteristics of the five development concepts.This section first discussed the scientific and cultural characteristics of the five development concepts as a whole,and then discussed the truth,systematic,ecology,transcendence and humanity of scientific culture contained in the five development concepts from five aspects: innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing.The fourth part studies the practical significance of the research on the scientific and cultural properties of the five development concepts.This section studies the five major development concepts from the perspective of scientific and cultural spirit,discusses the development of the five major development concepts from the perspective of scientific and cultural values,and implements five development concepts from the standpoint of scientific and cultural norms.It expounded the importance of studying the scientific and cultural attributes in the five major development concepts.This was not only a new exploration of scientific and cultural theoretical results but also a source of ideology for seeking scientific culture from the perspective of fully understanding the five development concepts.
