Research On Green Financial System In Shandong Province Under Green Development Strategy

In the adjustment of industrial structure and the implementation of green development strategy,green finance as a new direction and new trend in the development of future financial,has a pivotal position.In order to promote the national economy further sustainable and healthy,our country was put forward to develop green finance clearly in the 13 th Five-Year Plan.At present,the economic growth of Shandong province mainly depends on the high consumption and high pollution industries,which leads to the increasingly serious environmental problems.The new economic situation requires that Shandong province should actively develop green finance.Therefore,this paper discusses the necessity of developing green finance in Shandong province which has the nation's largest environmental protection market.building and perfecting the financial system for servicing the green finance system in Shandong Peninsula are imperative.Based on relevant theories,models and related studies,context,on the basis of system analysis,in Shandong province as the research object,mainly under the green development strategy of Shandong province green financial system construction,the concrete research content based on green finance related theory,in Shandong province and Shandong province green financial development present situation analysis of the current problems existing in the development of green finance,thus puts forward the necessity for constructing the green financial system in Shandong province.On the basis of learning lessons from the green financial development at home and abroad,to build the green financial system in Shandong province.In Shandong province in this paper,through the construction of green financial system to help the green development of better growth of Shandong province,improve the efficiency of the green economy,enhance its market competition ability,the realization of green industry in Shandong province so many goals.Green finance represents a new trend,financial development is a change in the financial sector.Green financial system building to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,promote regional economic sustainable development,and is of great significance to promote social progress.
