Study On Dry Farming Development In Jingtai County From The Perspective Of Water Saving

The reports of China nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the strategy of Rural Revitalization should be implemented and the modern agricultural industrial system,the production system and the operation system should be constructed.The Northwest area of China has a vast territory,and dry farming is the basic way to produce crops such as grain and cash crops in Northwest China.Therefore,taking Jingtai County of Gansu as the research area,this paper discusses the development of dry farming in the view of water-saving,expedites the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the northwest,and strengthens the research on the innovation of industrial support technology.Firstly,this paper discusses the current situation of dry farming development in Jingtai County from the application of water-saving planting technology in dry farming,the selection of crop species,the situation of agricultural infrastructure construction,the distribution of crops and the setting of related content.Secondly,the paper analyses the problems of dry farming development in Jingtai County under the view of water-saving.There are many problems such as high cost which is caused by the popularization of water-saving agricultural technology in dry farming,lacked of high efficiency and new irrigation technology,limited popularization of agricultural mechanization,imperfect recycling of film and so on.Finally,in order to promote the sustainable development of social and economic in Jingtai county,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of dry farming from the perspective of water-saving,which is by developing water-saving technology,developing ecological dry farming,developing financial capital to meet the needs of dry farming,developing dry farming with national and local development strategies,developing dry farming related service industry and regulation construction and so on.
