| Under the competitive pressure of rapid changes in the social and economic environment,how to identify and recognize the personal characteristics of employees and motivate employees’ innovation ability has become a key factor for enterprises to acquire and maintain market competitiveness,and is the basis for enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.With the advent of the age of values,the new concept of employee’s raises values as the core content of the employee’s value system has been proposed,which is considered as the core bridge and link of person-organization value fit,and broadly affects employee’s behavior and performance.However,reviewing the previous literature research on employee’s innovation behavior,most of them focus on personal traits,leader’s styles and organizational factors.Few scholars analyze their effects on employee’s psychological situation,motivation and behavioral results from the perspective of individual values,not to mention employee’s raises values.Combined with the literature reviews and theories at home and abroad,and based on the theory of person-organization fit and planned behavior,this paper takes the employee’s raises values as the antecedent variable,psychological safety as the mediator between employee’s raises values and innovation behavior,and critical thinking as the moderator between psychological safety and innovation behavior,which constructs a model with both mediation and moderation.Through empirical research on 357 sample data,it is found that:(1)the employee’s raises values and its dimensions as one of the core values of the employee’s value system has a significant positive predictive effect on the employee’s innovation behavior;(2)psychological safety plays a part mediation effect on the the relationship between employee’s raisesvalues and innovation behavior;(3)critical thinking positively moderates the relationship between psychological safety and innovation behavior.This paper explores the impact of employee’s raises values and innovation behavior for the first time,broadens the research on employee’s innovation behavior in the field of individual values,and offers a route for employees to advance their innovation ability. |
