With the rapid development of China's construction industry,construction project managers,as a group force that can not be ignored,are getting more and more attention.The performance of a construction enterprise depends largely on the quality of project managers.Relevant statistical results show that the current capacity of construction project managers in China is not enough to meet the requirements of the work they are engaged in.At the same time,the large amount of training invested by construction enterprises on project managers has not achieved the desired results.This paper takes the training system of project managers of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau as the research object.On the basis of the relevant theoretical research results such as human resources management,and using the methods of on-the-spot investigation,interview,questionnaire survey and so on,it conducts interviews and questionnaires to the project managers of the company.It deeply and objectively analyses the problems existing in the training of project managers,mainly focusing on the curriculum.Insufficient construction of teaching staff,insufficient connection between training and career planning of project managers,neglect of training effectiveness evaluation and performance improvement.Then,according to the data summarized by human resources,a scientific and reasonable training system improvement program is formulated,starting with the determination of objectives,principles,requirements and ideas,and then optimizing the existing training system of project managers from the aspects of training needs,training content design,training teacher construction,training implementation management and training effectiveness evaluation and feedback.Finally,it puts forward the key issues that should be paid attention to after the implementation of the training system,as well as the implementation safeguards that can be provided.The research results of this paper will be applied to the training practice of project managers of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau,and provide an effective and reference model for the training of project managers of other construction enterprises.
