Since the 18 th National Congress,poverty alleviation has become the bottom line task and symbolic indicator for China to bring moderate prosperity in a well-rounded.It has been integrated into the “five in one” overall layout and the “four comprehensives” strategic layout.Poverty alleviation means taking targeted measures to increase inputs,merge poverty alleviation resources to make better use of them and ensure that assistance reaches poverty-stricken villages and households.It has great practical significance for China to bring moderate prosperity in a well-rounded,satisfy the people's desire for a better life and realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese.Our national were promoted,guided by classification,made precise efforts,and achieved remarkable achievements.However,we must also be soberly aware that there are still many difficulties and problems when we put into practice.Like publicity and guidance did not extensive and deep enough leaded some village cadres and poverty-stricken people were not well-informed about the poverty alleviation policies,inaccurately identified made the poor couldn't get real help,the existence of formalism made it difficult for the accurate poverty alleviation policies to be useful and effective,industrial poverty alleviation was difficult to achieve practical effect,etc.This article will make the village called Gaomachong as an example.Through visiting and questionnaire to get the actual situation and obtain relevant data,and to analysis and evaluate the village's policy and effect to discovery problems.Comparing and analyzing the highlights of poverty alleviation work around domestic and abroad,learning from domestic and foreign experience.Based on this,to put forward reasonable suggestions.
