| Tax informationization is a comprehensive process of utilizing modern information technology in tax management,developing and utilizing various tax information resources,promoting tax business restructuring,process reengineering and cultural remodeling.It is the fundamental requirement of highlighting new concepts and culture of tax management,practicing taxpayer-centered work purpose and realizing modernization of tax management.Therefore,in today’s Internet + environment,the use of "Internet plus tax" thinking in doing tax information work in ethnic minority areas is conducive to promoting the modernization of tax administration,strengthening national equality and national unity,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers of ethnic minorities,and safeguarding political security,economic development and national harmony in ethnic minority areas.Social stability.Based on this,this paper takes the tax informatization of Mongolian settlements in Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia as the research subject,and based on the Internet plus environment perspective,applies the theory of public management to study the tax informatization of Tongliao Mongolian Mongol settlements,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the tax informatization construction of Tongliao Mongolian settlements.This article describes the research background and research significance,analyzes the research situation at home and abroad,discusses the research contents and research methods,and puts forward the innovation and deficiencies of the paper.Chapter one,"related concepts and theoretical interpretation",defines the concepts of "Internet +","Internet + tax",tax informatization and minority settlement areas,and explains the theory of service-oriented government.The basic contents of the system of tax compliance theory and the theory of cooperative governance and their relevance to the study in this paper.Chapter 2,"The present situation of Tax Informationization in Mongolian inhabited areas of Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia",investigates the present situation of Mongolian inhabited areas in Tongliao City,analyses the system mechanism,system and infrastructure of Tax Informationization in Tongliao City,and summarizes the current tax revenue in Tongliao City.Achievements made in collecting information;Chapter III,"Problems and causes of tax informatization in Mongolian inhabited areas of Tongliao City" analyses various problems existing in tax informatization in Mongolian inhabited areas of Tongliao City,and probes into the causes of these problems from aspects of ideological understanding,institutional mechanism,personnel training,supervision and evaluation;Chapter IV "Promoting tax informatization inside and outside the region" "Experience and inspiration" summed up the experience of promoting tax informatization in Inner Mongolia and other provinces and regions under the "Internet plus environment",and pointed out the significance of these experiences to promote tax informatization in Tongliao’s Mongolian settlements.The fifth chapter,"improving the counter measure analysis of tax informatization construction in Tongliao Mongolian Mongol communities",put forward the Internet plus Under the environment,the basic ideas and countermeasures of perfecting the tax information construction in the Mongolian inhabited areas of Tongliao City are put forward,and the "conclusion" part puts forward the conclusions drawn through this study and points out the innovative significance of this paper.This study has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the theoretical research of Tax Informationization in minority inhabited areas and promoting Tax Informationization in Mongolian inhabited areas of Tongliao City. |
