Research On The Profit Model Of Family Farm In Yangling Demonstration Area

The cultivation and development of family farms needs to be step by step,which is an important step in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Its development is not only part of the trend of agricultural modernization,but also one of the most important signs of modern agricultural production,and a new type of agricultural management system.Studying the development of family farms has paved the way for the development of family farm profit models and agricultural production income,the acceleration of modern agricultural development,and the enhancement and improvement of international competitiveness.As a national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration area,Yangling Demonstration Area has taken the lead in implementing many policy measures for family farms,the development of which is becoming more and more mature.In China,because family farms are still in the exploratory stage,there are still many controversies in domestic theoretical research.Because this paper explored the status of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area,which will help promote the sustainable development of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area,improve the operational efficiency of family farms,and provide users with better agricultural specialty products and agricultural leisure services,it had certain positive significance.First of all,the author consulted a large amount of literature materials,compiled the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the family farm field in recent years,and expounded the purpose and significance of the research,research ideas and methods,and possible innovations.Once more,it also analyzed the internal advantages and disadvantages of the family farm in Yangling Demonstration Area,and analyzed the possibility and threat of the external environment from a qualitative perspective.A comparative analysis of the profit model of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area was conducted.What's more,it conducted quantitative analysis,established a financial indicator system,estimated the profit model of the family farm,and selected 9 data samples.In this paper,after the non-dimensionalization and standardization of financial indicators,according to the standardized data,the results showed the advantages and disadvantages of different profit models,and then the profit model of the family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area was evaluated.According to the data analysis,the profit model that the family farm of Yangling Demonstration Area could actively promote was the Internet plus marketing profit model.The analysis showed that the profit model of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area had several problems,such as narrow sources of profit points,profitable objects were susceptible to market factors,profitability measures were easily copied,and profit barriers stemed from financial pressures etc.Finally,the optimization strategies for the profit model that could be promoted in the Yangling Demonstration Area was proposed in this paper.This paper studied the profit model of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Area,and carried out relevant empirical analysis to provide reasonable suggestions for the development of family farms in Yangling Demonstration Zone,and also had certain reference significance for others.
