Study On The Reform Of Rural Dangerous Housing In Yilan County Of Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,the state has listed rural housing construction as an urgent task to solve the "three rural" problems.In relatively backward rural areas,there are still many poor peasant households living in dangerous old houses.In order to solve the housing security problems of poor rural households,improve the living environment of peasants,some problems are also exposed in the implementation of the reform policy.Therefore,further analysis of the problems and Countermeasures in the implementation of the transformation of dangerous houses is not only related to the vital interests of the majority of rural poor households,but also to promote rural society.Harmony and stability are of great significance.In this paper,literature analysis,statistical analysis,field interviews and other methods are used to study and analyze the main problems existing in the transformation of dangerous houses in Yilan County.In this paper,through searching and reading the domestic and foreign literature on rural social security issues,it is found that the existing domestic research is mostly from the policy perspective of rural dangerous housing transformation,and less from the perspective of evaluation of the effect of rural poor households on the transformation of dangerous housing.According to the results of the field investigation,the implementation of the reconstruction of dangerous houses in Yilan County was analyzed and summarized.In the process of the investigation,the questionnaire method was used to analyze and summarize the phased results of the reconstruction of dangerous houses.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the implementation of rural dangerous housing renovation in Yilan County,the main problems in the process of rural dangerous housing renovation in Yilan County are put forward,including the contradiction between the inherent concept of local people and the implementation of policies,the disadvantage of the rescue mode to the reduction of farmers' funds,the backward infrastructure construction,the contradiction between the actual implementation of policies and the original intention of policies,and a series of social contradictions.In the light of the existing problems and the implementation of the transformation of dangerous houses in Yilan County and the past practical experience,the corresponding countermeasures are elaborated,which can provide practical plans and suggestions for further improving the follow-up work of the transformation of dangerous houses.
