| With the globalization of the global economy and the promotion of the Internet wave,in the economic field,China’s financial market has gradually integrated into the international competition,and the domestic financial industry has also undergone profound changes.As an important part of the financial industry,banking industry is faced with the challenge of increasing competition and risk management and control tasks in the process of reform and development.Facing this background,all the joint-stock commercial banks follow the rules of the market operation and combine the internal requirements of the modern commercial banks’ performance management,gradually set up a performance appraisal system which meets the needs of its own development strategy and constantly develop and improve in practice.Through the research method of the literature research,the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis,the empirical analysis and the normative analysis,this thesis,starting from the basic concept of performance management,summarizing the related performance appraisal theory of commercial banks both at home and abroad,taking the strategic analysis as a breakthrough point and taking the Balanced Scorecard as a thinking tool,combining the specific performance of T branch of P Bank,optimizes and improves the existing performance evaluation system of the Bank.First of all,this thesis makes a theoretical overview of the related concepts in the field of performance in China and foreign countries.Through the study of the performance assessment theory of commercial banks in China,the theory of balanced scorecard is drawn up.Next,combining the status of the performance appraisal system of T branch of the bank,the problems existing in the current system are explored and the related management is used to analyze the reasons of the problem.Then,combining the theory of the Balanced Scorecard with the concrete performance assessment,the strategic map is drawn from the strategic orientation of the bank.Using the financial factor,the customer factor,the internal business process and the learning and growth factors which are from the structure and the logic of Balanced Scorecard,the performance evaluation index system of the bank is optimized.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the implementation of the new performance evaluation system. |
