The Nobel Prize in Science and Technology(Nobel Prize in Physics,Nobel Prize in Chemistry,Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine),as the most important prize in the field of science and technology, has always been pursued by scientists. After World War II,the Nobel Prize in Physics was first gained by Japan. In the 21 st century,Japanese have won 17 Nobel Prizes in science and technology. And these winners are mostly educated and complete their research in Japan.Japan,as a dark horse on the stage of the Nobel Prize in Science and Technology, has amazed the world by so many awards in a short period of time.Meanwhile, why the Nobel prizes in science and technology are so many in Japan has become a hot topic. This paper attempts to sort out the process of weak to strong Japanese science and technology from the perspective of its scientific and technological development and to explore the influence of history.Next, from the point of view of education,we analyze the influence of education on the winners through counting their educational background compared with China. Finally, from the point of view of the system in science and technology,we attempt to count the administrative jobs of the winners and analyze the influence on the innovation of the laureates.Meanwhile,we investigate the atmosphere of academic freedom and autonomy to analyze the influence on the winners. In addition,we analyze the supportive effect of the cooperation system among industry, academy and officials as well as the localization of the lecture system. In terms of analytical methods, case analysis methods have been applied to explain the reasons for the winners' experiences;meanwhile,we adopted the comparative method to investigate the difference between Japan and China, mainly through comparing the responses and specific measures of the two countries facing the invasion of foreign forces in modern times, which results in the differences on the strength of scientific and technological development. And this difference affects the current Nobel Prize in science and technology.During the period of the Cultural Revolution in China from 1966 to 1976,the development of education stagnated, and this period was the key period for most Japanese winners' education or award-winning research.By comparing the educational development of China and Japan in this period, the influence on winners is explained. It is hoped that through the analysis in three aspects,we can fully understand the development of science and technology in Japan,so as to benefit the development of science and technology in our country.
