Research On Ecological Civilization Construction In Ordos National High-tech Industrial Development Zone

With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasing shortage of resources and energy constraints,it is necessary to rely on the drive of connotation,quality and scientific and technological innovation to maintain the medium-high speed of economic growth for a long time to come.As the core area and industrial agglomeration area of China's regional economic development,the economic development zone has the special function of leading economic development.Currently,as a major change in the economic development situation at home and abroad to transformation and upgrading and economic development to a certain stage of the environment,as well as the area to speed up the development strategy and economic structure adjustment,the reality in order to achieve rapid,coordinated and sustainable development requirements,the country economic and technological development zone has entered a race to the transformation and upgrading of the development in the new period.How to balance the ecology and economy,how to go the way of ecological industry,how to come out a new road obeys the law of ecological economic development,how to build systems and mechanisms conducive to the development of green and policy environment,opportunities and challenges,pressure with difficulty,is the development of the national high and new technology industrial development zone of Ordos must break the important theoretical and practical problems.Therefore,this paper will deeply explore the path of ecological civilization construction in Ordos national high-tech industrial development zone.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part elaborates the development of marxism ecological view theory and Chinese ecological civilization theory.The second part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization in the national high-tech industrial development zone of Ordos.The third part discusses the causes of ecological civilization construction in Ordos national high-tech industrial development zone : unscientific exploitation and utilization of resources,insufficient talent reserve and insufficient policy inclination;The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of ecological civilization in Ordos national high-tech industrial development zone,which is that the government should pay close attention to the construction of ecological civilization,enterprises should establish the awareness of ecological civilization,and local residents should be the masters of environmental protection.In this paper,starting from the concept of ecological civilization of marxism,and focus on reality development,explore the national high and new technology industrial development zone of Ordos path for the construction of ecological civilization,promote national high and new technology industrial development zone of Ordos transformation and upgrading of industrial economy,and ultimately achieve national high and new technology industrial development zone of Ordos green development and scientific development,at the same time,the research achievements of other city development zone of ecological civilization construction has a certain guiding significance and demonstration.
