A Study On The Financial Poverty Reduction Loan Model In County

Financial poverty alleviation is the mainstay of governments and financial institutions at all levels.By providing small loans and financial literacy services to poor groups in poor areas,poor groups are encouraged to develop industries and start businesses in order to raise incomes and alleviate poverty.Or provide financial support to enterprises in poor areas to drive poor groups out of poverty through enterprises.This paper analyzes the types and contents of county financial pro-poor loan model and its application in the practice of financial pro-poor loan in yexian county of Henan province.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the origin,background and significance of this paper,defines the relevant concepts,expounds the research methods and ideas of this paper,and points out possible innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter analyzes the history and the latest development of the county financial pro-poor loan model,and introduces and evaluates the government-led,financial institution led and industrial pro-poor loan model in detail.The third chapter is a review of the specific application and effect of the county financial pro-poor loan model in Ye County,introduces the actual background of the financial pro-poor loan implementation plan in Ye County,and believes that the financial pro-poor loan implementation plan in Ye County uses the comprehensive financial pro-poor loan model led by the government.This paper analyzes the application mode and effect of this model in Ye County.The fourth chapter is the problems and future improvement of the county financial poverty alleviation loan model.In view of the choice and implementation of most county financial poverty alleviation loan schemes,this chapter mainly studies the problems and future improvement of the comprehensive county financial poverty alleviation loan model led by the government.Considering that in the application of the county financial poverty alleviation loan model,there exist problems such as low efficiency of overall work,excessive government intervention,and imperfect supporting policies and mechanisms.We should improve the loan policy,the diversity of participants,the reduction of government intervention,and the improvement of various mechanisms.
