The Research On The Influence Of Intermediary Organization's Service On The Innovation Performance Of Cluster Enterprises

Industrial cluster is an effective carrier for a country or a region to speed up economic development and improve the international competitiveness of industry.Innovation performance is an important index to measure the development level and development potential of industrial clusters.With the rapid development of industrial clusters,there are more and more researches on the innovation performance of cluster enterprises.In the study of industrial clusters in China,more attention has been paid to the impact of government,enterprises and other factors on innovation performance,while less attention has been paid to the role of intermediary organizations.In fact,the development of intermediary organizations is an important symbol of national market level,intermediary organizations within the industrial cluster to make up for the lack of innovation in the enterprise clusters with their services,thus affecting the innovation performance of cluster enterprises.This paper takes intermediary organizations' service as the breakthrough point to study the innovation performance of the cluster enterprises.First of all,this paper collates and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature about industrial clusters,the intermediary organization and innovation performance including the definition,characteristics and the relationship between each other,and through which lay the theoretical foundation for this paper.Secondly,the basic factors identification and intermediary service dimensions influence on the performance of intermediary services,by establishing the model clear hierarchical relationship between various factors,and establishes the model of relationship between intermediary service and cluster innovation performance.On this basis,relevant research hypotheses are put forward.Again,according to the relationship between the model and the research hypotheses and design a questionnaire,questionnaire survey of cluster enterprises,combined with the corresponding statistical analysis method to verify the relationship between the model and the research hypothesis,the relationship between the effect of in-depth analysis at the same time the intermediary organization performance factors and intermediary service performance,and the relationship between intermediary service performance and innovation performance of cluster enterprises.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the promotion of the innovative performance of the cluster enterprises.According to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis,the main factors affecting the performance of intermediary services including social network relationship,trust information symmetry factor,scale factor,service performance of intermediary organizations to divided into service ability factor,service efficiency,service quality factor factor.Through the multiple regression analysis,the former has a positive impact on service performance,and the latter has a positive impact on innovation performance.Influence factors in the service level of the intermediary organization of intermediary service performance,according to the influence and contribution degree from large to small order,which is trust,information symmetry,social networks;in the intermediary service performance impact on the innovation performance of cluster enterprises,in accordance with the influence coefficient from big to small the order are service capacity,service quality and service efficiency.
