Research On The Increase Of Farmers' Income In Dandong, Liaoning

In the process of Chinese economic development and society reform,government have paid more and more attention to the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".How to properly handle the "three rural issues" is the major point in the process of building a new socialist countryside and implementing socialist modernization in China.The starting point and the foothold of the "three rural issues" are basically the problem of farmers' income growth.At present,the most prominent problem in the vast rural areas of China is the problem of uneven development and insufficient development.Therefore,implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting farmers' income increase is the only way to solve the current rural development problems.Under this premise,studying the problem of increasing farmers' income in Dandong region provides us with a new perspective on one hand,which is,from the perspective of regional economic development,actively exploring new paths for farmers to increase their income.On the other hand,it enriches the theoretical data on the study of farmers' income increase in Dandong area,and to some extent fills the gap in the study of farmers' income increase..Furthermore,on the basis of practice,promoting farmers' income is the key to solving the "three rural" problem.Without the modernization of agriculture and rural areas there would be no modernization of the country.In addition,promoting farmers' income is a solid foundation for promoting positive interaction between urban and rural areas and building a harmonious society.Make efforts to promote the development of agricultural modernization to achieve farmers' incomes,so that most farmers step into the middle income level,narrow the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas,and strengthen rural infrastructure construction is an important guarantee for the country's long-term stability.Refer to the existing research results both at home and abroad,in combine with the current situation of farmers' income in Dandong area,Comprehensive analysis of the geographical factors,agricultural economy,industrial structure,distribution of the population involved in agriculture and farmers' income in the region,Starting from the peasants' income structure in Dandong area,this paper analyses the existing income channels and the factors that restrict the peasants' income in Dandong area.At the same time,it also analyses the cases of increasing peasants' income at home and abroad,and draws lessons from them.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote farmers' income in Dandong area of Liaoning Province.The results show that the factors hindering farmers' income increase in Dandong area of Liaoning Province can be divided into: factors hindering family operating income,such as weak rural agricultural infrastructure,imperfect market system of agricultural products,factors hindering migrant workers' wage income,including low cultural quality of farmers,few ways to increase income,and the lack of protection of migrant workers' wages;factors hindering property income.Including the rural land transfer system,the housing land system in rural areas is difficult to implement,the rural financial system is not perfect,and other factors hindering the transfer of farmers' income,such as the implementation of farmers' subsidies is not in place,the rural social security system is not perfect,and so on.Therefore,after drawing lessons from the relevant cases of Xuyi area in Jiangsu Province and Brazilian countries,we have come to the conclusion that the promotion of farmers' income should be in line with the local agricultural development and carry out diversified management.Government departments should vigorously strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure,improve the market system of agricultural products,rural financial system,rural social security system,and take measures to protect the wages and subsidies of migrant workers.Farmers themselves should improve their quality and increase their income fundamentally.
