| In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must focus on meeting customers ’individual needs,and achieve product diversification and customization by making flexible and rapid response,so as to win competitive advantages.Due to the rapid development of domestic manufacturing enterprises in previous years,most of them belong to the production and manufacturing mode of small varieties and large quantities.At present,they are generally faced with the need to transform and upgrade production patterns and transition to multi-variety,medium and small batch flexible manufacturing.In this paper,the Theory Of Constraints and its development history are systematically described,and the universality of TOC in the optimization of order manufacturing workshop is analyzed.Based on the Thinking Processes of TOC and related methods and tools of industrial engineering,the optimization of production logistics in the workshop is studied with the optimization project of coil manufacturing workshop of DF company of power generation equipment manufacturing company.Firstly,the present situation of production logistics in the coil workshop of DF company is summarized,and the Thinking Processes is used to comprehensively analyze and identify bottlenecks and constraints.It is clear that process reengineering,equipment layout adjustment and operation control mode optimization are the three main points of the workshop production logistics optimization.Then,through the qualitative analysis of TOC,and combined with industrial engineering related tools methods,such as Program Analysis and Systematic Layout Planning(SLP),find out the specific optimization plans and measures.At the same time,the DBR production planning control system with constraint theory is introduced,and the concepts of bottleneck management and dynamic batch are applied to the coil workshop planning control,and the effect of TOC in shortening production cycle and reducing inventory is verified.Besides,according to the advantages of ERP and TOC at various levels,the production control and manufacturing execution system based on TOC is built under the ERP management framework of the company.Finally,from the aspect of cost and efficiency,the results before and after optimization are compared and evaluated.Through the practical application of the Thinking Processes of TOC in the production logistics optimization of the coil workshop of DF company,the method and implementation steps of the production logistics optimization of the order workshop are demonstrated.Combined with the qualitative analysis of TOC and industrial engineering methods,it has certain reference and reference significance to solve similar problems.This paper provides a feasible and systematic method for the transformation of order oriented manufacturing workshop into multi-variety and small-batch flexible manufacturing model. |
