Medical industry belongs to the sunrise industry of national economy,the domestic market of medical ultrasound is in a period of rapid growth;with the support of government policies,construction of medical market tends to be mature;the advent of the era of second child and improvement of national health consciousness makes the clinical demand increase continuously.However,the brand competition in the medical market industry is fierce,imported brands have always occupied the core competitive position,especially in high-end medical market.However,due to government's localization policy and advantages of price and independent innovation,domestic brands develop rapidly,and began to change the pattern of traditional medical ultrasound market.The serious situation of Sino-US trade disputes makes American imported medical equipment lose Chinese market gradually.Therefore,the high-end imported medical ultrasound market dominated by foreign-funded enterprises is facing tremendous challenges and pressures.Taking G company's ultrasound equipment as an example,this paper will make full use of marketing theory and tools,according to severe international environment and market competition,discuss and analyze company problems with existing market strategies to seek and formulate new markets strategies.The optimization scheme of marketing strategy can promote the realization and sustainable development of our company's strategic goal of ultrasound equipment,provide reference for the marketing mode of whole medical industry,especially high-end medical industry.By improving the marketing situation for relevant enterprises in the medical industry,we can help to launch better products and services,and promote clinical services and academic research in the field of medical ultrasound,also better promote the development of the national health care industry.
