The Research On The Influence Of Business Model Change On The Business Performance Of Zhongnan Culture

Business model change is becoming more and more active in capital market,and more and more enterprises and scholars begin to pay attention to the change of business model.This thesis takes Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as:Zhongnan culture)as a case study,mainly from two aspects of financial performance and non-financial performance to analyze the impact of the transformation of the business model on the business performance.Firstly,this thesis combs the relevant research results about business model change and Company's operating performance at home and abroad,and summarizes the corresponding theory as the theoretical support.Secondly,the business model,business performance and other core concepts as well as strategic transformation motivation theory,resource-basic theory and other related theories are elaborated.In addition,this thesis describes the process of the transformation of the business model in the 2014,including the business situation,the change of corporate governance structure before and after the transformation of business model,and the motive of the transformation of the cultural business model.Through the analysis,we found that the company mainly produces metal pipe fittings before the transformation,and realizes the business model of "double main industry" through strategic transformation.Next,the thesis mainly introduces the impact analysis of the 2009-2017year business model of the Zhongnan culture on the business performance,and it is divided into three aspects.The third is the analysis of non-financial indicators,including market response and market share.Then it analyzes and summarizes the impact of the change of business model of Zhongnan Culture on business performance.Through the analysis of financial and non-financial indicators,it can be concluded that the change of business model in Zhongnan culture has improved the company's business performance.Finally,by summarizing the experience of Zhongnan culture,it not only provides reference for strategic enterprises in the future decision-making of business model transformation,but also helps enterprises to provide corresponding reference in the process of implementing business model.
