Ever since the2008Olympic games, Beijing is becoming stronger and stronger, including the continuous improvement in infrastructure and environment. There are more and more policies to improve the tourism, which enables the tourism industry develop rapidly. With the integration between culture tourism and mobile internet, mobile applications are the key to make food and lodging and transportation easier.’Cloud Beijing’is the official public platform to serve enterprises and individuals with comprehensive culture information and services. How to make a platform to be marketization? It depends on the business model.This paper elaborates on the Cloud Beijing public service platform. Firstly, it explains the background, concept and core value proposition. Then, it analyzes the business model based on the business model framework, learning from Mobile Internet evolution. Finally, after the SWOT analysis, this paper provides solutions to further improve the business model of the Cloud Beijing public service platform. |
