In recent years,the serious consequences of climate warming have gradually emerged.The culprit behind this is the massive carbon dioxide emissions from high energy consumption.China has been actively involved in various initiatives to address global climate and environmental change,and has made commitments to reduce carbon emissions.The logistics industry has been hailed as "a new impetus for the development of the national economy",but the carbon intensity has remained high.Therefore,whether the logistics industry can develop green and low carbon is the key to whether China can achieve its commitment to reduce carbon emissions.Therefore,this paper makes an objective assessment of the green development level of the logistics industry,and finds out the influencing factors that cause different levels of green logistics development.It provides practical advice and basis for the government to carry out industry planning and formulate policies.It has certain practical significance.Based on the combing results of related literatures,this paper conducts theoretical and empirical research on the performance level and related influencing factors of green logistics.Theoretical research introduces the definition of green logistics,the concept of logistics performance and the measurement method.The empirical research first analyzes the development status of China's green logistics industry,and selects indicators to construct a green logistics performance evaluation system.The data of 11 provinces in China's 30 provinces are empirically demonstrated.Then based on the green logistics performance measurement value,the regression analysis of the influencing factors was made,and finally the improvement suggestions were put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2006 to 2016,the comprehensive efficiency of the logistics industry in China's provinces is in a state of volatility,and there is a phenomenon of regional development imbalance.From the perspective of economic development,the eastern region is at the middle level.From the perspective of environment and energy,the energy saving and emission reduction efficiency in the east is the lowest(0.5-0.6),far lower than the energy saving and emission reduction efficiency in the central region(0.7-0.8),and there is about 50%energy saving and emission reduction space in the eastern region.Specifically,provinces,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Tianjin,Shandong and other provinces have higher energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency(0.7-0.8),but the average energy conservation and emission reduction efficiency of Beijing,Guangdong,Hainan and other provinces is only about 0.3,and there is a serious energy.High consumption and high pollution.In summary,the overall green logistics performance level of the logistics industry is low,and there is much room for improvement.(2)The empirical analysis of the factors affecting the performance of green logistics shows that the economy,manpower level,government intervention level and location factors have a significant role in promoting the performance of green logistics in China,but the information level of logistics industry and the performance of green logistics have The weak negative impact should start from improving the level of economic development,strengthening the construction of logistics professionals,guiding the government rationally and healthily,giving full play to the advantages of location and improving the overall informationization level of the logistics industry,and improving the overall green logistics operation level.
