| In the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality have always become the focus of all walks in life,and the logistics industry is a key industry,and a number of policies have been promulgated at the national level involving the green development in the transportation industry.In the face of the needs in current environmental problems and the guidance of government policies,the correct evaluation and improvement of green logistics performance values in the six central provinces has become the focus in current research.In this article,the performance of green logistics in six central provinces in China is evaluated by combing the relevant literature and related methods,and the spatial correlation between factors affecting logistics performance and performance is empirically studied.Through the analysis and comparison in relevant theories,the definition of green logistics and green logistics performance in this article is clarified,and then the data envelopment analysis method is selected to discuss and analyze the green logistics performance by analyzing and comparing various methods.Next,the development status of green logistics in the six central provinces in China is analyzed,and then the relevant indicators are selected to establish a green logistics performance evaluation system by referring to relevant literature,and the green logistics performance value of the six central provinces is calculated through the analysis in the data of the ten years from 2011 to 2020,and then the Tobit regression model is brought into the influencing factor analysis,and finally the performance value is brought into the modified gravity model,and then analyzed and studied by social network analysis.The status and role in the six central provinces in the structure of the logistics performance network were clarified,and finally suggestions for improvement were put forward.It is found that the green logistics performance value of the six central provinces was generally stable from 2011 to 2016,the green logistics performance value increased from 2017 to 2019,and decreased slightly in 2020,and from 2011 to 2020,the green logistics industry in the six central provinces can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by an average of 7.3707 million tons per year,accounting for 27.20% in the actual energy use,and can save 2100.74 million tons of standard coal,accounting for 26.65% of carbon emissions.It shows that the average annual carbon emission exceeding the standard and excessive energy use in the six central provinces is greater than 25%.In addition,logistics infrastructure,science and technology development level,location factors,foreign investment have a significant role in promoting green logistics performance,but labor supply has a weak negative impact,should improve the level of scientific and technological development,increase foreign investment,the government to formulate relevant policies for reasonable and healthy guidance,all localities give play to their geographical location advantages,as well as increase the construction,maintenance and management of logistics infrastructure,to improve the overall green logistics development and operation level in the six central provinces.Finally,in the spatial network structure,the green logistics performance of the six central provinces has a significant spatial correlation and spillover effect,the network structure between the provinces is not close,relatively loose,there is no obvious cluster advantage,the green logistics performance between provinces is interrelated,and the areas with high centrality have a great impact on the areas with low rank. |
