Faced with the tremendous impact of artificial intelligence,how do enterprises and individuals highlight their competitiveness?For individuals,it is indispensable to improve professional competence and maintain their own competitiveness;for enterprises,maintaining a high-quality and high-quality elite team is the foundation for the firm development of enterprises.As the saying goes,"It's never too old to learn." In this era of rapid development of science and technology,only by keeping pace with the times,can we not be eliminated.For every worker,life and work are closely linked,and work experience is a personal business card.As a result,the daily work of enterprise training business is particularly important.Through training,we can stimulate employees'potential energy,indirectly improve company performance,meet staff growth and enterprise needs,and enhance enterprise attractiveness and influence.Training business has become a necessary factor to promote the long-term stable development of enterprises,and is also the core of employees'personal value and development needsThis paper takes the background of a listed real estate company as the research object,and combines the modern human resources theory to deeply analyze the current situation and problems of the company's human resources training business.After comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the training problems of the company at this stage are mainly manifested in four aspects,namely,the analysis of the training needs of enterprises is not comprehensive.There are a series of problems such as in-depth training plan formulation,inadequate content,deviation in training implementation process,and lack of training evaluation.This paper probes into the causes of the problems from the perspectives of organization,individual and external environment,and puts forward some measures to improve and solve them.It also predicts the training effect after the optimization of the training business,aiming at seeking the staff training plan that matches the long-term development strategic plan of the enterprise at the present stage.The core meaning of this study lies in two aspects:on the one hand,the training business should be applied to talent selection,education,employment,retention and introduction,so as to maximize the value of human resources and meet the needs of staff development;on the other hand,the training business should be optimized to support company B to achieve its strategic objectives and meet the development needs of the company.
