Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has experienced rapid development and is entering a stage of deep structural adjustment and high-quality development.Talent is an important factor for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Enterprises must attract,retain and train talents,with a focus on strengthening human resources construction and establishing a comprehensive and advanced compensation system.For small and medium-sized enterprises,due to the difference in personnel quality and ability between themselves and large enterprises,it is inappropriate to refer to the research results of the existing salary management system directly.Therefore,it is significant to improve the existing compensation system and build a small and medium-sized compensation performance system according to their special conditions.This paper aims to improve the compensation system of SY company.Firstly,referring to relevant researches on salary management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes SY's current salary environment by the methods of literature review,related material searching,questionnaire survey,quantitative analysis,etc.Then we find the problems and their reasons existing in the current salary system.Secondly,by analyzing the management structure of SY company,specific optimization plans are proposed.The characteristic welfare--enterprise annuity system is proposed for the scarce talents in the market.Finally,we put forward the strategy to guarantee the implementation of the optimized compensation for SY company.Based on the research on the improvement of the compensation system of SY company,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current compensation system of small and medium-sized enterprises.Then we design an optimized compensation system plan,which has achieved good results in the practical application of SY company.This study has important reference value for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the level of compensation management.
