Research On Benefit Mechanism Of Farmers' Cooperatives

With the rapid development of economy,the degree of agricultural marketization and internationalization in our country is deepening,which leads to the contradiction between the small farmers and the domestic and foreign markets.Farmers'professional cooperatives are one of the important organizational vehicles for agricultural industrialization,and they are also one of the effective ways to achieve modem agricultural and agricultural industrialization.The party and the state attach great importance to the healthy development of peasant professional cooperatives.In the process of agricultural industrialization,the benefit-linked mechanism is the key factor that deternines the success of the farmers' professional cooperatives.The scientific and reasonable benefit coupling mechanism is the means of realizing the balance of interests in various business links,which plays a decisive role in the healthy development of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper focuses on various types of farmers' professional cooperatives in Changshu City,southern Jiangsu Province,and based on the important role of farmer professional cooperatives in the industrialization of agriculture and the prominent problems of the intermal and external benefit linkage mechanisms,a detailed and in-depth discussion was conducted on the benefit linkage mechanism of professional cooperatives of fruits and vegetables,food and aquatic products,and the following two objectives were achieved:by enhancing the close relationship between cooperatives and members' internal interests,it will benefit the farmers and improve the external interests of cooperatives and promote the development of cooperatives better and faster;The results of the study can provide specific policy Suggestions for further improving the organization degree of agricultural production,increasing farmers' income and accelerating the development of agricultural modernization.Based on transaction cost theory,property rights theory and related theory as the foundation,through questionnaire investigation,interview and statistics,and case analysis method,studied the current situation,influencing factors and existing problems of the benefit-linking mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives at the present stage.Firstly,this paper summarized the development status of farmers'professional cooperatives in changshu city.In addition,25 farmers professional cooperatives in changshu and their 160 members were interviewed,and summarized the existing types of benefit linkages of the fruit and vegetable,rice,and aquatic professional cooperatives in Changshu City.Furthermore,three professional farmer cooperatives were selected as typical case to discuss the current status of their existing benefit linkage mechanisms and summarize their successes,Finally,it put forward suggestions for the improvement of the benefit linkage mechanism of the farmers'professional cooperatives in China.
