Currently,while Information revolution brought people convenience of communication and getting information,it also results in overflow of information,making the role between work and family become more obscure,aggravating the interruption and influence in between them day by day.Work family conflict has gradually become a problem and challenge which professionals have to pay high attention to.Employees under long-term influence of work family conflict,are more vulnerable to suffer job burnouts,with foul behavior,such as coming to work late and leaving early,absenteeism,slumped work performance and increased turnover rate,indifference and even rough-mannered attitude towards clients,which forming a huge challenge for enterprise management.Therefore,this dissertation is to conduct empirical research and interview on concerning the influence of work family conflict to job burnouts,and exploring perceived family and organizational support's moderating effect in between the two variables mentioned above,depending on the current situation of employees of high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou and adjacent area.The respondents of the survey are mainly congregated in Hangzhou and adjacent area,covering many listed tech enterprises and famous SME,such as Siasun robot,Alibaba,Hikvision,Huawei,Dahua,and Imperial college techcompanies etc.The study collects totally 202 effective samples.Via SPSS25.0statistical software,the dissertation tests the reliability and validity of the data and deeply conducts descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,ANOVA,independent-sample t test,and Hierarchical Regression Modeling.According to the result of the analysis of the survey,there are two findings as below:1.The organizational support dimension's moderating effect of family organizational support is not significant in between work family conflict and vocational burnout.2.Although family support dimension's moderating effect of family organizational support is not significant,the factor of emotional support in family support shows significant negative moderating effect(alleviate)in between independent variable and dependent variable,meanwhile,the instrumental support factor in family support is positively significant in moderating(aggravate)in between independent variable and dependent variable.After analyzing the data,the dissertation specifically picks a typical high-tech manufacturing company in Hangzhou,Siasun Robotics,and respectively invites each rank of the company(basic level,middle level,high level)to do an one on one interview,primarily discussing the way on how to alleviate employees' job burnouts,lowering work family conflict,reconstructing organizational support and family support to effectively lowering job burnouts and other questions highly related to questionnaire.According to the result of the data analysis and the reply of the interview,the dissertation gets four conclusions as below:1.Focus on the problem of employees' work family conflict High work family conflict level is one of the inducement of high-level job burnout,increasing the instability of employee's turnover,meanwhile,influencing employee's performance,eventually influences an enterprise's efficiency and overall revenue.2.Focus on the problem of employees' job burnoutEnterprises should implement a more flexible work regulation,making employees' to freely assign commuting time,and constructs a strict enterprise regulation and culture that based on result orientation.3.Build the organizational culture of Family support for work Enterprises should promote the spiritual concern of employees,and make family members to take more time to accompany employees,help employees to satisfy on the spiritual and cultural needs.4.Emphasis on the concern of key employee's substantial benefits.Enterprises should intensify the interest's concern of key employees,in order to effectively lower the inclination of worker's turnover,overcoming the crisis that enterprises are facing,and realizing sustainable development.
