With the continuous improvement of economic level, cultural level, medical level and health level, the aging degree of our population is deepening year by year, and the pressure of social pension is increasing.Especially in rural areas, more and more young adults choose to go out of the countryside to work, the proportion of empty nest elderly is increasing, and the pension problem is more and more serious.Mutual support for the aged is a kind of pension model which has been rising in recent years. With its advantages of low cost, easy promotion and close to the traditional concept of pension,it has become an effective supplement to the modern pension model and has a broad prospect of development. However, due to the traditional way of providing for the aged in rural areas, the research on the model of mutual assistance in rural areas is relatively limited.Based on the above situation, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research results of mutual support for the aged, taking Tianping street of Tai'an City,Shandong Province as an example, this paper conducts a field survey on the current situation of mutual support for the aged in rural areas through individual interviews and questionnaires, demonstrates and analyzes the current situation, willingness to participate in mutual support for the aged, influencing factors and countermeasures and suggestions The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the field survey,it is found that at present,Tianping street has a high degree of rural aging, with a large proportion of empty nest elderly and elderly people. There are three mutual aid pension modes, namely community day care center,Rural happiness hospital and Xiaoshan poverty alleviation service. However, the development is relatively backward, and the willingness of the elderly to participate is not high.In the development of rural mutual aid for the aged, there are still some obstacles, such as unstable capital sources, imperfect policies and regulations, limited public recognition and lack of professional and technical personnel.(2)Based on 309 questionnaire data, single factor interaction analysis and binary multi factor Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors of the willingness to support each other. The results show that 11 factors, such as gender, age, education level, health status,self-care ability, number of children, living style, annual income, monthly expenditure, worry about pension issues and loneliness level, all have certain influence on the willingness of rural elderly to support each other for the aged, including education level, living style, monthly expenditure, worry about pension issues and lonelinesslevel Compared with the elderly living with their children, the empty nest elderly are more likely to choose to support each other. The higher their education level is,the stronger their loneliness is,and the stronger their willingness to choose.(3)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the willingness to support the aged in rural areas, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the mutual support for the aged in Tianping Street: the development of the mutual support for the aged in rural areas requires the participation of the government, society, family and the elderly themselves. We need to strengthen the government's support and security in terms of policies, funds and public opinions;standardize the management of existing mutual aid pension institutions from the aspects of strengthening daily supervision, exploring the integral mechanism and improving the service function;encourage the wide participation of all sectors of society, and coordinate social resources such as talents and funds;families and individuals need to actively change traditional concepts and improve the participation of mutual aid pension.
