Research On Industrial Agglomeration?institutional Capital And Regional Innovation Efficiency

At present,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and it is now in a critical period of transforming the mode of economic development and the driving force for growth.To promote economic restructuring and build a modern economic system in the new era,we must continue to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and rely on scientific and technological innovation to cultivate new momentum for economic growth.At present,in Henan Province,under the development opportunities and the background of multiple national strategies,it is the only way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure and the transformation of the economic development mode.It is necessary to take the industrial development and the reform of the scientific and technological innovation system as the focus,and climb the peak of scientific and technological innovation.Construct regional innovation highlands and improve the transformation efficiency of regional innovation output.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial agglomeration and system optimization,explore the impact mechanism of the two on regional innovation,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Henan's industrial structure,improve Henan's innovation capacity and improve the regional innovation system,and move the economy towards a high-quality development stage.It has certain theoretical and practical reference value.This article takes the 18 cities in Henan Province as specific research objects.From the perspective of industrial agglomeration and institutional capital,the main research contents involve the following aspects: First,the three-phase DEA model is used to measure the regional innovation efficiency of cities in Henan Province for 13 years in detail.The second is to subdivide the types of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province,and to discuss in detail the impact of different types of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation efficiency.The third is to subdivide the types of institutional capital at the regional level,and to explore the different types of institutional capital.Impact of regional innovation efficiency.This article first sorts out the basic theories of industrial agglomeration,institutional capital and regional innovation through literature.Based on relevant research results,this paper proposes the research hypothesis of this paper,and constructs an indicator system for measuring regional innovation efficiency and an indicator system for empiricalresearch.Then,the empirical design was carried out from the aspects of variable selection,data source,model construction,etc.The panel mechanism of Henan Province from 2006 to 2018 was used to empirically discuss the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration and institutional capital on regional innovation efficiency.Empirical research shows that the agglomeration of manufacturing and productive service industries in Henan Province and their common agglomeration have a significant positive impact on the improvement of regional innovation efficiency;market capital,business capital,and human capital at the level of Henan Province It has a promoting effect on regional innovation efficiency,and institutional capital of administration capital type has a significant negative effect on the improvement of regional innovation efficiency.In the expansive analysis,on the one hand,it is found that there is a threshold effect on the level of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province.The impact on regional innovation efficiency is different in different levels of industrial agglomeration;on the other hand,it is also found that institutional capital at different levels affects industrial agglomeration.It has different regulatory effects from regional innovation efficiency.Finally,the empirical conclusion is still valid after testing and analyzing the variables by the instrumental variable method.According to the research conclusions,in order to continuously improve the regional innovation efficiency of Henan Province,build a regional innovation highland,and achieve a high-quality development path for Henan's economy,this article starts from rationally planning the industrial layout,deepening government reforms,deepening the reform of the scientific,cultivate diversified regional innovation subjects and strengthening the construction of talent teams A series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
