| Focusing on the work deployment of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on comprehensively accelerating the construction of world-class enterprises,strengthening corporate culture construction is an important initiative for state-owned enterprises to promote high-quality development.it is of great practical importance for B Exchange Group,as a provincial state-owned enterprise,to further strengthen corporate culture construction.This paper uses the DMAIC cycle model of corporate culture construction to study the whole process of corporate culture construction of B Trading Group.Through research methods such as the questionnaire survey method and interview method,combined with the four-level structure model of corporate culture construction,Quinn and Cameron’s competitive culture value model,and other theories,we diagnose that the corporate culture construction of the group fails to give full play to the image layer culture outwardly shaping the image,behavior layer culture cohesive people,This paper proposes the following suggestions given the problems,this paper proposes measures to improve the image layer culture with the focus on strengthening image shaping;measures to improve the behavior layer culture with the focus on team building;measures to improve the system layer culture with the focus on optimizing incentive guarantee;and measures to improve the spiritual layer culture with the focus on reconstructing the concept system.And the assessment plan for the effectiveness of the group’s corporate culture construction is formulated in conjunction with the actual situation,which is conducive to summarizing experiences and shortcomings and improving the quality of the next DMAIC cycle of corporate culture construction. |
