In the1990s, since the academia is engaged in the research on the application of enterpriseculture, the theory of enterprise culture was really highly regarded in the enterprise. Whetherforeign or domestic, all have no diagnosis and reengineering of enterprise culture to the foreigntrade industry research. And since the financial crisis and European debt crisis continuedfermentation, as well as a strengthening yuan and rising labor costs, make internal and externalenvironment of China’s foreign trade industry seriously deteriorated, be badly in need of solvingstrategies to overcome difficulties.There are two general strategies: first, transformation andupgrading (turn export to import, turn exports to domestic sales); Second, the promotion of thecompetitiveness of the enterprise products and services.In this paper, from the perspective ofreengineering appropriate corporate culture to enhance the core competition of the foreign tradeenterprises, promote foreign trade enterprise risk resistance and out of trouble.In this paper, basedon the culture of the self import and export co., LTD. Diagnosis and reengineering example, to leadthewholeforeigntradeenterpriseculturediagnosismethodsandthedirection ofreengineering.This paper focuses on the research of diagnosis, assessment and enterprise culturereengineering for this paper uses OCAI questionnaire method to diagnosis and reconstruction toprovide theoretical basis.This paper also introduces the corporate culture to study the influence ofperformance, show a favorable corporate culture reengineering is necessary and essential. In thispaper, on the basis of the original an OCAI questionnaire method, and with the employeesatisfaction survey to assist analysis. Because an OCAI questionnaire method can diagnose theculture type of enterprise culture, employee satisfaction survey can replenish its microscopic. Through the analysis of the data of an OCAI questionnaire and employee satisfaction survey,diagnosis of existing culture type of enterprise culture, understand the existing shortcomings andadvantages of specific corporate culture, in accordance with the expectation to provide direction tore-engineer existing cultural. Finally it is concluded that, the direction of Saier corporation culturereengineering is: one, to construct a system of employees, the growth of the team (mainly is toimprove the participation spirit, team spirit, dedication to obtain); Second, the existing organization"alive". According to the example of Saier’s diagnosis and reengineering, for the whole foreigntrade’s enterprise culture to diagnosis and reengineering provides a feasible path, and it is also anOCAI questionnaire diagnosis the enterprise culture in the foreign trade industry of China for thefirstpracticalapplication.
