Since the new century,with the continuous development of the tourism market,the main forms of residents' tourism have changed from simple sightseeing to experiential tourism,thus giving birth to some new industries and opportunities.As one of the six elements of tourism tradition,accommodation has also shown great development,while residential accommodation is a new hotspot growing up in the great development and transformation of the accommodation industry.The rise of residential tourism and residential accommodation is a memory of the fading traditional countryside and a symbol of the further transformation of tourism industry.Since the reform and opening up,relying on China's rich tourism resources,the predecessor of residential accommodation,farmhouse music and family-style hotels,has developed rapidly.Nowadays,with the transformation of tourism industry and accommodation industry,residential tourism meets the tourists' demands of experience and emotion by giving them special cultural experience and emotional experience.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.People are not only satisfied with material needs,but also pursue better life needs and quality of life,which puts forward higher requirements for tourism.Different from the past "sightseeing" and "scenic spots and historic sites" tourism,tourism consumption gradually moves towards "leisure","countryside" and "integration",and self-help tourism begins to prevail.Homestead,full of distinctive humanistic feelings,beautiful natural rural scenery and elegant house furnishings,has become a new industry of contemporary leisure tourism.As a pioneer of the residential industry,Taiwan's residential accommodation in China has become a unique tourism product with rich experience in management standards,theme types,style design,agglomeration distribution and marketing strategies.In some areas of Zhejiang Province,residential accommodation has developed rapidly,such as the West Lake of Hangzhou,which is becoming a brand effect to stimulate the development of local tourism.Zhejiang Zhoushan is rich in fishery resources and rich in island culture.It is a good place to developleisure accommodation.Finance,as the core of modern economy,is an important factor to promote the growth of tourism economy in Zhoushan.Through the integration and development of Finance and residential tourism industry,we can provide sustained and strong financial support for residential tourism industry and realize the effective allocation of financial resources.At present,financial support for the development of Zhoushan residential tourism industry is still facing many constraints,such as insufficient capital supply,rigid financial service mechanism,lack of innovation in financial business and so on,which restrict the development of residential tourism industry.This paper takes the development of Zhoushan island residential tourism industry as the research object,analyses the role and existing problems of financial industry in the growth of island residential tourism economy,and puts forward new measures to better play the financial driving effect on island residential tourism economy.
