A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Social Capital,Strategic Flexibility And Technological Innovation Performance

As a key person to promote enterprise technological innovation,entrepreneurs can obtain a large number of heterogeneous resources through their social network,which can provide sufficient resources to improve the performance of technological innovation.In addition,enterprises with strong strategic flexibility can also improve their technological innovation performance,enhance the enterprise's ability to integrate and utilize resources and respond to market changes,and promote the output of enterprise innovation results.Therefore,this paper has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of the relationship between entrepreneur's social capital,strategic flexibility and technological innovation performance,the three.This paper studies the relationship between the social capital of entrepreneurs,strategic flexibility and technological innovation performance from the following three aspects:(1)the social capital of entrepreneurs is divided into three dimensions of structure,cognition and relationship,and the influence of different dimensions on technological innovation performance is studied respectively;(2)The strategic flexibility is divided into two dimensions: resource flexibility and coordination flexibility.The impact of different dimensions on technological innovation performance is studied.(3)the intermediary role of the two dimensions of strategic flexibility in the entrepreneurial social capital and technological innovation performance is studied.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper puts the three variables of entrepreneurial social capital,strategic flexibility and technological innovation performance in a unified framework model,and constructs the related theoretical model and research hypothesis.Through the questionnaire survey,the effective data are collected,and the reliability and validity test of the data,the validation factor analysis,the correlation analysis and the structural equation model are used to verify the research hypothesis of this study by using the statistical software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0.The results show that:(1)the structural dimension of entrepreneur social capital has a significant positive effect on technological innovation performance,but the relationship dimension and cognitive dimension of entrepreneur social capital have no significant positive effect on technological innovation performance;(2)the structural dimension and relation dimension of entrepreneur social capital have a significant effect on resource flexibility.The cognitive dimension of entrepreneur social capital has no significant positive effect on resource flexibility;(3)the relationship dimension and cognitive dimension of entrepreneur social capital have significant positive influence on Coordination flexibility,and the structural dimension of entrepreneur social capital has no significant positive effect on Coordination flexibility;Strategic flexibility has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance.(4)Resource flexibility plays a partial intermediary role in the structural dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance;resource flexibility plays a complete intermediary role between the relationship dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance;and the intermediary role of resource flexibility in the cognitive dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance It is not significant in the empirical analysis.Coordination flexibility plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance;coordination flexibility plays a complete intermediary role in the cognitive dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance;and the intermediary role of coordination flexibility in the structural dimension of Entrepreneur Social Capital and technological innovation performance It is not significant in the empirical analysis.
