Research On The "break-out" Of The Basic Old-age Insurance For Urban Employees In Suifenhe City

In recent years,the basic old-age system for urban workers in our country is facing severe challenges.Although the ginseng that this system covers protects personnel to be increased year by year,but endowment insurance premium is broken pay and default pay circumstance also becomes emerge in endlessly.With the deepening of the aging of our society,the pension payment of urban retired workers will face more and more risks.This paper discusses the cause and influence of the “discontinuation” of old-age insurance for urban workers in suifenhe city.This paper holds that the factors of system and policy,the insured themselves,the insured enterprises and the related functional organizations lead to the “uninsured” problem of old-age insurance for urban workers in suifenhe city.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of “loss of protection”.These strategies include perfecting the endowment insurance policy,upgrading the pooling level of endowment insurance,and appropriately reducing the contribution amount.The strategies proposed in this paper are conducive to the coordinated development of China's social insurance system and explore the responsibilities of relevant government departments in the development of the social insurance system.
