Research On Supervision Of State-owned Assets Of K City Enterprises

In the context of the new round of state-owned enterprise reform,the state council promulgated the "guidance on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises" and issued 22 supporting documents,forming a "1+N" policy system.The reform of state-owned enterprises has also moved further into the deep water.Along with it,some prominent problems have become increasingly apparent,such as unclear function positioning of state-owned assets supervision agency,imperfect supervision system and low efficiency of state-owned capital investment operation,which restrict the benign development of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,taking K city as an example,in-depth study on the construction of state-owned assets supervision system is of great significance for accelerating the reform of state-owned enterprises and cultivating first-class enterprisesIn this paper,on the basis of the related concepts of state-owned assets in enterprises,based on the principal-agent theory and insider control theory,on the basis of reference to other scholars research,together with the present situation of K city enterprise state-owned assets supervision,including the development course of state assets supervision and administration institutions,regulatory system,main results,draw lessons from shenzhen,Shanghai jiading,suzhou industrial park and other places of advanced experience,put forward K city should first clear the investor state assets supervision and administration institutions function localization,stripping public management function,pushing Japan unified regulatory mode,improve the corporate governance structure,build the regulation loop and a series of effective measures,It provides solutions to the problems existing in the supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises in K city at present,and beneficial supplements to the existing theories and researches on state-owned assets supervision.
