The Research Of Governance Risk For Cloud Service Project In A Company

With the continuous development of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,more and more government units and enterprises are beginning to try to purchase cloud services.Cloud services are not only a technological innovation but also an innovation in business models.As the number of tenants purchasing cloud services increases,so does the risk associated with cloud services.Related scholars and research institutions are also increasingly concerned about the risks of cloud service projects.The existing research on cloud service project risk is mainly based on traditional risk management research methods,identifying project risk factors,and then conducting risk assessment,and formulating different risk management strategies based on risk assessment results.Due to the large number of cloud service project tenants,there are many stakeholders involved in the project,and the traditional research methods ignore the key factors stakeholders in the cloud service project.Therefore,from the perspective of project governance,the author conducts research on a typical cloud service project case of Company A.This typical case project is a national key project.Company A provides cloud service for this key project as a successful cloud service provider.The main risk problems encountered by Company A during the project promotion process are the overall structural risk of the project network,the lack of risk of project manager authorization,the risk of contract execution uncertainty and the risk of project communication.Combined with the theory of project governance and project governance risk,it is concluded that the risk problems encountered by the A company cloud service project during the project promotion process can be transformed into project governance risk issues.Combined with the theory of social network analysis,we can use social network analysis to solve the problem of project governance risk by constructing a stakeholder social network.The overall network structure index based on network density and central potential can analyze the overall network structure governance risk;the individual node structure index based on centrality can analyze the project manager's authorization missing risk and contract execution uncertainty risk in the project governance process.The individual node structure indicators based on structural holes can be analyzed for project communication risks.Combined with the theory of social network analysis,the company identified the stakeholder identification of the company's cloud service project,the construction of stakeholder social network relationships,and the quantification of stakeholder social network relationships.Using the network density index,the central potential index,the centrality index and the structural hole index,the analysis and evaluation of the constructed stakeholder social network is carried out,and the risk problem of the A company cloud service project governance behind the evaluation and analysis indicators is explored.According to the results of social network evaluation indicators,different project governance risk management strategies are proposed based on different project governance risk issues.Adopting the alliance strategy can control the overall structural risk of the social network,adopting the method of increasing the authorization of the project manager to control the risk problem of the project manager's authorization,adopting the strategy of increasing contractual binding force,and controlling the risk of contract execution uncertainty,taking the project The communication joint meeting mechanism can control project communication risk issues.By adopting the above measures,the risk management ability of Company A's cloud service projects can be effectively improved,the risk level of A company's cloud service project governance can be reduced,and the profit level of Company A cloud service projects can be improved.Based on the perspective of project governance,this paper studies and analyzes the risk problems encountered by Company A in the process of promoting cloud service projects.But at the same time,there are also deficiencies in the research of this paper.The research on social networks in this paper is static.In the future research,we can try to use social network dynamics related theory to conduct dynamic analysis and research on social networks.
