| The pharmaceutical industry is one of the key industries to be fostered in China as it is relative to national economy and the people's livelihood.With the development of the society,the pharmaceutical industry is also undergoing major changes.Therefore,to achieve sustainable development,it is important for pharmaceutical enterprises to adapt to the trend as well as strengthen their advantages in the course of the development.Research of the enterprise development strategy is generally based on the enterprise's internal and external environment and its advantages and disadvantages to maintain its rapid and stable development in the changeable and competitive environment.In this paper,a development strategy research was implemented on L pharmaceutical co.LTD.with the PEST model and SWOT model analysis tools.A comprehensive analysis was carried out of the macro environment,the opportunities and challenges L pharmaceutical faces,and its advantages and disadvantages.Afterwards,suggestion has been put forward for L pharmaceutical like differentiation of the development strategy,optimization of diversified development strategy,and perfection of the specification development strategy.It is also suggested to improve from the aspects of organization,personnel,culture and funds in order to achieve its development goals. |
