Intellectual property commercialization refers to the process of utilizing the image of intellectual property or intellectual property to achieve economic and social benefits by means of Commerce and marketing.As far as the commercialization of intellectual property rights is concerned,the essence of its process is inseparable from the marketing strategy in the process.Whether the marketing strategy is appropriate or not will directly determine the success or failure of the commercialization of intellectual property rights.With the rapid development of society and the steady growth of national economy,people begin to realize the importance of intellectual property rights,and more and more people feel the integration and penetration of intellectual property commercialization from their daily life.Therefore,the speed of the development of intellectual property commercialization has entered a milestone node.The concept of intellectual property rights came into being at this time.Intellectual property rights refer to the right holder's exclusive rights in accordance with the law to the achievements created by his intellectual labor and the marks and reputation in his business activities.Generally,they are only valid for a limited period of time.This paper will focus on the marketing strategy of the commercialization of intellectual property rights.This paper takes LF Company as an example to study the marketing strategy of intellectual property commercialization.LF Shanghai Business and Trade Co.,Ltd.is a foreign-funded company which integrates intellectual property development,intellectual property rights authorization and other kinds of intellectual property commercialization.As the owner of intellectual property rights,LF company currently has a number of cartoon images of intellectual property rights.Firstly,this paper lists and analyses the current marketing situation and existing problems of intellectual property rights and the commercialization of intellectual property rights.Then,through SWOT analysis method,it analyses the external and internal situation of LF company one by one,and finds out that LF company,as an intellectual property company,exists in the marketing strategy of the commercialization of intellectual property rights.Problems,using 4P and 4V theory,from four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,this paper analyses the problems of LF's intellectual property commercialization marketing strategy,such as inaccurate positioning of commodity development,unscientific pricing strategy,unscheduled inventory turnover,incomplete channel development and inadequate targeted promotional activities.After that,based on 4P and 4V theory,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for LF's commercialization of intellectual property rights,formulates marketing strategies that adapt to market changes and conform to its own development,and correctly implements them,such as adjusting commodity development process,modifying pricing strategy,and updating commodity transportation process.To optimize channels,modify and increase the content of promotional activities,etc.The ultimate goal is to enable LF to seize the opportunity of vigorous development of the intellectual property industry,and ultimately achieve sustainable and leapfrog development.
