In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and science and technology,the demand for enterprise financing is increasing and financing institution are developing rapidly.At the same time,as a third party,guarantee agencies are also growing so fast.Till now guarantee industry has considerable strength and size and a bright development prospect.However,accompany with the rapid development of China's guarantee agencies,the problems are constantly emerging,explosion risk events occur frequently.The ultimate reason is that guarantee agencies haven't establish and improve risk management system which leads to fail to guard against and dissolve the guarantee risk.Q guarantee co.,LTD.Which I work for is improving,while at the same time,it also suffered with business risk prevention and control of some bottleneck:company risk management mechanism is not sound,failed to form a systematic and scientific credit risk evaluation system;Although has obtained some experience in risk prevention and control,but haven't written to be formulated in order to reference in the future,all these above problems hinder the company's further expansion.Based on the above content and starting from the process of risk control,this paper takes the company as an example and builds a scientific and perfect management system of guarantee risk covering identification of all kinds of risk factors.Then it constructs risk evaluation model a,proposes a few of the risk control strategy with practical significance and lists the actual operation examples of evaluation index system and evaluation model in the hope of applying to the future business risk management mechanism of our company,optimizing the decision-making of guarantee project,reducing the guarantee business risks and ensuring the healthy and stable development of the company,as well as providing some ideas for risk management of other security companies.
