Career delayed gratification is an individual's choice tendency to achieve more valuable long-term results and to suppress instant gratification impulse in his career.It is a self-control ability,which has a significant impact on employee's career development,job satisfaction,job well-being and organizational loyalty.With the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace and the increase of external temptation factors,more and more employees are no longer satisfied with the career development of enterprise hierarchy dimension,but are more inclined to seek the best path to realize their career ideal according to their own career planning.This self-orientation leads to an increase in the brain drain rate of enterprises.In the 21st century,the emergence of naked resignation of the new generation employees after 1980 and 1990 is attributed to the fact that the new generation employees pay more attention to personal feelings and subjective perception,weaken self-selection ability and lack of a clear sense of belonging,which are obviously related to the low level of career delay satisfaction.Therefore,a fundamental understanding of employee's psychological quality and career maturity plays an important role in employee career development management.As an important part of self-career management,career delay satisfaction is an important performance of measuring employee's psychological maturity.Therefore,this paper takes learning acuity as antecedent variable and employee loyalty as outcome variable to study the causes and consequences of career delay in satisfaction,with a view to providing effective suggestions for employee career development management.This study takes the post-80s employees with certain knowledge and skills as the research object.It mainly studies the relationship between learning acuity,career delay satisfaction and employee loyalty of post-80s talents,and explores the mediating role of career delay satisfaction in the process of the impact of learning acuity on employee loyalty.Firstly,through relevant literature research and academic theory,combined with interviews,this paper compiles a pre-test questionnaire of 80 employees'learning acuity,a total of 18 questions,a total of 16 questions of occupational delay of gratification questionnaire,and a total of 10 questions of employee loyalty questionnaire.Secondly,the pre-test questionnaire is analyzed,the questionnaire is collected,and the collected data are sorted out.Using the internal consistency reliability of SPSS 19.0,KOM test and exploratory factor analysis,the unqualified questions are eliminated.Thirdly,the formal questionnaire survey and analysis,using factor analysis to test whether learning sensitivity and career delay satisfaction have good structural validity.Finally,using independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance,this paper explores whether there are significant differences in employee's learning acuity under demographic variables,and uses correlation coefficient analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis to analyze the correlation between employee's learning acuity and career delay satisfaction,and enterprise loyalty.?The Amos model is used to test the specific intermediary variables and the models of their relationships.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The confirmatory factor analysis results of the self-designed questionnaire on learning acuity and career delay satisfaction show that employees'learning acuity includes four dimensions:mental acuity,interpersonal acuity,change acuity and result acuity,and its structure is more ideal than that of single-dimensional structural model.Occupational delay of satisfaction is a single-dimensional variable,and the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)The post-80s employees'overall sensitivity level is higher,and the level of career delay satisfaction is in the upper and middle level.Moreover,demographic variables have different effects on the learning acuity and career delay satisfaction of post-80s employees.(3)There is a positive correlation between learning acuity and career delayed gratification.Learning acuity positively predicts employee loyalty.Career delayed gratification positively correlates with employee loyalty.Career delayed gratification positively correlates with employee loyalty,and career delayed gratification positively correlates with employee loyalty in learning acuity.It acts as a mediating variable.(4)The relationship between the dimensions of learning acuity and career delay satisfaction and employee loyalty.Among them,mental acuity,result acuity and change acuity have a positive relationship with career delay satisfaction and employee loyalty.However,learning acuity has a reverse relationship with career delay satisfaction.
