Research On Social Impact Assessment Of Rural Land Consolidation Based On Farmers' Perspective

Land consolidation is a dynamic concept,which have different meaning in different historical stages fields of study,in different countries,in different regions.Different countries have different land consolidation targets according to their own national conditions,different areas have different land consolidation moves according to the overall indicators proposed by the country.Different stages also have different land management goal,land consolidation conclude the concept of land development,land arrangement,land reclamation,and the promotion of new rural construction today.Therefore,land consolidation has different goals and different measures at different historical stages.Nowadays,we should carry out a feasible index evaluation system according to our rural development status and public opinions.In this study,Yandu District of Yancheng city was taken as an example to study the social impact of rural land consolidation in a profound way.The impact evaluation of the social effects of rural land remediation in the study area was evaluated,make the rank of rural land consolidation social impact influence,analysis the correlation between the importance index and the satisfaction evaluation index,make a judgement on different group which locate in the same region.according to those data,we can put forward some useful suggests to the next round of land consolidation,and put forward appropriate adjustments to avoid the adverse impact factors,do things to improve the satisfaction degree of the land consolidation.we have those conclusions:(1)Satisfaction on research area:social environment influence>social economy influence>social interoperable influence>natural environment and ecology influence.(2)Degree of dispersion on research area(the degree of cognitive difference):social environment influence>social interaction influence>social economy influence>natural environment and ecological influence.(3)Analysis on degree of obstacles:C18 ecological environment>C19 ecological protection>C17 natural environment>C4 agricultural income>C7 satisfaction of rural infrastructure>C6 satisfaction of production facilities>C3 farming cost>C2 cultivated land quality>C8 satisfaction of rural households>C5 social stability>C1 new cultivated land>C 10 advice adoption on declaration project stage of farmers'>C16 stage of construction satisfaction>C9 declaration projects consultation with farmers>C11 consultation planning and design staff of farmers'>C12 advice adoption on planning and design of farmers'>C14 advice adoption on planning and design change based on farmers'views>C15 satisfaction of ownership adjustment>C13 planning and design change based on farmers' views.(4)Correlation analysis on degree of importance and satisfaction:C19 ecological protection,C15 ownership adjustment satisfaction,C4 agricultural income have the highest correlation coefficients.(5)According to the correlation analysis IPA Four-quadrant method on important and satisfaction degree,the data calculated by SPSS25,sample data difference on importance of importance and satisfaction p<0.01,the difference is significant,that means,the result is ideal.Four-quadrant method of IPA,the first quadrant have seven factors,the second quadrant have two factors,the third quadrant have six factors,the fourth quadrant have four factors.The study of rural land consolidation based on the perspective of farmers formed a feasible index evaluation system,evaluate the society impact of YanDu district land consolidation objectively,can solve the problem of rural land abandoned and young adults flow away at a certain extent.This thesis analysis the impact of rural land consolidation at a special point of view,analysis the the actual condition of rural land consolidation implementation,analysis the potential problem of rural land consolidation implementation,can improve farmers' satisfaction level of land consolidation degree.
