With the new generation of migrant workers has gradually become one of the main force ofChina’s labor force, SME workers in the age structure also changed, and plywood belong to thetraditional labor-intensive enterprises, the number of the new generation of migrant workersaccounted for more than60%of the total number of employees. So increasing employee jobsatisfaction and improving job performance, has become increasingly important issue of SMEmanagers. This study based on the needs theory of management, by reviewing the relevantdomestic and foreign literature data, through interview employees and questionnaires. Then weare discussing the correlation on SMEs generation of migrant workers satisfaction and jobperformance.First, through look up the literature data, review of research on the new generation ofmigrant workers, and research on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performanceat home and abroad.Secondly, According to previous studies, this article proposed research model andassumptions, and analyzed to the reliability and validity of the forecast questionnaire, amendmentthe formal questionnaire, and field surveys.Thirdly, this article used the the SPSS18.0software analysis the questionnaire data, andcame to correlation on SMEs generation of migrant workers between each dimension ofsatisfaction and each dimension of job performance, and Generation of migrant workers’ age, sex,marriage, home, education, experience, nature of work on the various dimensions of jobsatisfaction.Finally, this article gived some suggestions about the management of SMEs generation ofmigrant workers, like focus on "people-oriented","Fair, just and open" management system andfree, open style management; Building a competitive, fairness, incentive pay system;Developping appropriate career development planning,Attention to personnel, and publiccampaign; Creatting a good working atmosphere, and being rich amateur life of the newgeneration migrant workers.
