Planning industry is a new discipline.According to the analysis of its industry characteristics,it should belong to the Knowledge Intensive Business Service which has been paid more and more attention in recent years.With the continuous development of planning industry and the continuous progress of science and technology,how to improve the organizational performance of planning industry enterprises in the new development situation has become a practical problem to be solved.At present,most of the academic research on planning industry is from the perspective of planning technology.As a Knowledge Intensive Business Service,knowledge plays a significant role in promoting organizational performance.Knowledge can be further divided into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.In the transformation and utilization of knowledge,the transformation of tacit knowledge has a better application prospect.But at present,there is no in-depth study on the organizational performance evaluation of the transformation of tacit knowledge in the planning industry.Based on the study of the process of knowledge transformation in Knowledge Intensive Business Service,the evaluation method of enterprise performance,the classification and transformation of tacit knowledge and other related principles,this paper puts forward the idea that different types of tacit knowledge have different promotion effects on organizational performance in the transformation process,and takes this as the starting point to carry out relevant research and explore the different tacit knowledge transformation measures on organizational performance The degree of influence.First of all,the paper constructs the evaluation model of the impact of tacit knowledge transformation measures on organizational performance in planning industry by using Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and AHP method.Then,it uses questionnaire survey method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the application of a Planning Institute,and obtains the evaluation of the promotion effect of tacit knowledge transformation measures on organizational performance of a Planning Institute Conclusion.Through the evaluation conclusion,the paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the organizational performance of planning institute a in the tacit knowledge transformation measures,and appropriately extends the suggestions on how to improve the organizational performance of tacit knowledge transformation measures in the Knowledge Intensive Business Service.
