China's economy is moving from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.And it is urgent to cultivate more market subjects with more quantity,better vitality and higher scientific and technological content,among which the scientific and technological enterprises undoubtedly play an important role.For technology-based enterprises,knowledge-based talents are the core competitiveness and the inherent requirements for the company to maintain its own vitality.Only by strengthening staff training in multiple dimensions,improving new concepts and skills of employees,and promoting employees to have good innovation ability,can enterprises improve their competitive strength in the industry market with the help of talent advantages.To achieve this goal,we need to find out and scientifically analyze the shortcomings and problems in the training of enterprise staff under the guidance of scientific training theory,,and then to develop targeted training countermeasures.Through improving the training measures,building the training system scientifically and improving the training quality continuously,the training work can be carried out smoothly and the effect can be shown continuously.In this paper,through the theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey,Literature Review,interviews and so on,taking Shenzhen Qifei Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research sample,a series of issues on employee training in technology-based enterprises has been systematically studied.The existing research materials and results at home and abroad opened the train of thought of this research,human capital theory,adult learning theory,lifelong education theory,training satisfaction theory,in particular,the training evaluation theory,represented by the cauchy model and CIPP model,lays a theoretical foundation for this study Shenzhen Qifei Technology Co.,Ltd.as a fast-growing,influential and relatively perfect organizational structure of technology-based enterprises,in the organization system,optimize the training content,set training objectives,improve the management process,the implementation of training budget and other aspects of active exploration,to provide sample support for this study.To make sure the research is thorough and accurate,we set up a questionnaire based on CIPP model,and then selected 150 employees from the enterprise to carry out the survey.The analysis of the results of the survey shows that employees have the desire to receive training,and they think that the training environment of the enterprise is better,but the existing training does not fit their training needs well,and that the training content lacks practicality and pertinence,the author expects to increase the practicalcourses,thinks that the training mode is relatively single and can not meet the needs of multiple modes,and the training information collection and feedback mechanism needs to be improved.The result of the survey reflects that the survey of training needs of employees before training is not in-depth,there is a certain gap between training supply and demand,the execution of training plan is poor,the training guarantee is not standardized enough,and the training evaluation is not timely and scientific.Through an in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,Shenzhen Qifei Technology Co.,Ltd.should take targeted measures to solve them,mainly including doing a good job of training needs survey and analysis,formulating and strictly implementing training plans,to promote the precision of training organizations;to enrich the supply of training courses,teachers and teaching methods,and to improve the scientific nature of training supplies;to strengthen the compilation of training manuals,the Organization of team support,the implementation of management systems,and the construction of supervision mechanisms,promote the systematization of training management and enhance the effectiveness of training evaluation through the three steps of pre-training,mid-training and post-training evaluation and the orderly connection of various evaluation methods.In the next step,we will continue to collect relevant data,strengthen information communication and feedback,and re-examine our research in conjunction with related theories,and strive tomake more reasonable suggestions for the staff training of Qifei and even high-tech companies of the same type.
