YR Footwear Co.,Ltd.is a private enterprise which has been developing for many years.It seizes the opportunity of economic development at that time and gradually becomes a large-scale and profitable small and medium-sized enterprise with the help of the trend of opening up the foreign trade economic market.However,with the increasingly fierce of market competition,the development of the company is stagnant.Compared with the footwear companies developed in the same period,the development of YR footwear industry is still slightly weak.In addition to the weakness of enterprise management,the lack of human resources is outstanding.At present,the managers of enterprises are inability of modern enterprise development management,while the traditional mode of enterprise operation management is gradually backward.Moreover,the company neglects the role of employee incentive in enterprise management,which leads to the large mobility of employees and the lack of talent resources.All these have gradually become the obstacle to the development of YR Footwear Co.,Ltd.This paper takes YR Footwear Co.,Ltd.as the research sample,and emphasizes the company's staff incentive means for in-depth study.Firstly,with the method of literature research,questionnaire,in-depth interviews etc.,the writer analyses the current situation of YR Footwear from salary incentive,training incentive,promotion incentive,and environmental incentive.According to situation above,the thesis finds out the main problems on employees' incentive in YR Company.In order to fully tap the potential of employees,enhance their enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their work efficiency,this paper uses the relevant knowledge of motivation theory in management,combining with problem oriented discussion,to formulate corresponding measures for improving staff motivation,so as to comprehensively promote the stable,healthy and sustainable development of YR Footwear Co.,Ltd.
