The mobile communication industry is a typical business with large fixed investment and significant scale effect, so the marginal cost of new customers is very low. Therefore, it is very important to expand the user base through developing new customers and maintaining old customers. Client manager system, as a new business model of China Unicom, reflects the company's principle of "market-oriented and customer-centric". It is also an efficient method to provide high-quality, efficient and convenient service for the clients. Client Manager, as a link between the company and customers, plays an important role in the company's expansion. It is necessary for the company to motivate its client managers.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of short-term sales, and discusses how to develop effective incentive system to guide staff and achieve corporate objectives.
