In recent years,domestic commercial banks have faced the opportunity of reform and development with opportunities and challenges in the context of the development of the new economic normal.The market competition law of survival of the fittest has become a prominent iron law.For commercial banks with economic participation,to maintain a favorable position and strong position in the fierce market competition process,it is necessary to adopt more effective internal control measures to self-pressurize and self-reinforce.The highly driven account manager system has become the main choice for major banks.With this means,banks can build a solid foundation for the improvement of management level through a strong talent team.At the same time,whether it is possible.to objectively measure and evaluate the work level of the account manager system is achieved through a special performance appraisal.Through scientific and reasonable performance management.the customer manager system can be forced to continue to make new progress to meet the new and real needs of bank profit creation.From this point of view,this study selects the performance appraisal of the account manager of the Agricultural Bank of China CS as a specific research case.Based on the objective analysis of the main content of the case,the current process and specific indicators,the system sorts out the existing problems and deficiencies.Next,the specific analysis and demonstration,including the determination of specific improvement goals and principles,from the program,process,indicators,methods,evaluation subjects,the use of results,and other seven levels,to carry out more comprehensive and improved design.Finally,based on the protection strategy,it is guaranteed from the four levels of concept,management,education and technology to further ensure the implementation of the improved system.
