The Research On Optimization Of Production Management System In S Company Based On Lean Thinking

For most small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the production mode of small batch multi-variety is the inevitable choice.But it also comes up with a series of problems,unstable orders,difficulties in resource allocation,increased operating costs,the difficulty of management has greatly increased,etc.The conventional production management system can no longer solve these problems,at this moment,everyone came up with the idea of lean production and also trying to carry out the lean production,but there were few really successful.S company where author works is one of the many losers.S company has held a number of lean improvement projects in recent years,but mostly stays in those levels of 5S,slogans,even worthless reports,not receiving much substantial benefits,the implementation process is very difficult and basically has a beginning but no end.Through a large number of data analysis and lessons learned,this paper finds that the main reason for the failure of the company's lean production can be attributed to the various function departments think of lean production as a collection of tools,they act according to their own without systematic,holistic and operational vision,as a result,the overall benefit of lean activities is poor,even unable to implement.The point in this thesis is that lean improvement is not the use of a single lean tool,nor a simple collection of several tools,but requires lean promoters to have a deep understanding of lean core thinking,systematically build an ecological chain of lean improvement in many ways.Then carry out lean production step by step with plans.Finally gets the benefit.The main content of this thesis includes:Standard time management,balanced production,Quick changeover,TQM,One piece flow and Pull production and so on.This paper will analyze the problems of company's production management system around S company's KPI of production operation and then combine with effects of company's lean production and experience over these years to resign the ecological chain of lean improvement,and finally optimize the production management to improve various indicators.Of course,I also hope that this study can offer some value to those middle and small-sized enterprises with similar problems.
