Nobel Communications Corporation Performance Appraisal Optimization Research

In recent years,great changes have taken place in communication technology and application.The communication industry has developed from 2G to 3G,and rapidly realized the leap-forward development of 4G from 3G.With the approaching of 5G era,the communication industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.For communication enterprises,technology development is one of their core internal management,talent is also the key to technology development.Therefore,performance management of communication enterprises is particularly important,and it is related to the full play of talent resources.This paper takes the performance appraisal of Nobel Communications Company's salesmen as research object,questionnaire survey and field interview,and.on the basis of clarifying the current situation of performance appraisal,and probes into the potential reasons,and then makes comprehensive use of them.A variety of performance appraisal methods,in order to form a scientific appraisal system,to provide a fair environment for sales p.ersonnel.Through questionnnaires and interviews,we can see that the main problems of Nobel Communications Salesmen's performance appraisal are as follows:performance appraisal indicators are not specific to people,behavior appraisal weights are too high,performance appraisal indicators are relatively single,feedback and communication of assessment results are relatively high.Lack.These problems restrict the promotion of sales staffs work enthusiasm.This paper evaluation cycle respectively for the two categories of indicators,such as strengthening performance announcement,Improvement of salesman's performance appraisal level.
