Research On The Construction And Application Of Guest Room Safety Management System In Star Hotels

Although safety management can not directly produce economic benefits,it is a powerful guarantee for the realization of economic benefits and the fundamental premise for the long-term development of the hotel.As we all know,the occurrence of safety accidents will seriously damage the economic and social benefits of the hotel,while the rooms with relatively dense personnel are the frequent areas of safety accidents in the hotel,which directly affect the safety of the lives and properties of employees and customers.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the safety management of hotel rooms.This paper discusses the general situation of hotel room safety management from three aspects: the causes of room safety accidents,the characteristics of room safety management and the existing problems.On the basis of discussing the general situation of hotel room safety management,this paper analyzes the five main factors that affect the hotel room safety management: the organization system of room safety management,the safety atmosphere of the room itself,the equipment of room safety facilities,the safety quality of the room staff and the safety cognition of the guests themselves,which provides the basis for the next step of building the concept model scale of the star hotel room safety management system.This paper uses three methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,through the literature review and review of four aspects of hotel safety,hotel room safety,safety management system and hotel safety management system,based on the theory of system safety and accident causal chain theory,combined with the five factors that affect the safety management of hotel room,initially constructs the room safety of star hotel Manage the conceptual model.On this basis,through the pre survey,questionnaire design and revision,questionnaire reliability and validity test,sample demographic characteristics analysis,mean and standard deviation analysis,exploratory factor analysis,the star wine is constructed with five dimensions and 24 factors,which are room safety management organization system,consumer safety,safety quality of room staff,safety of room facilities and equipment,and safety atmosphere of room itself The weight of these five factors is calculated by weight formula.In order to further test the model constructed by exploratory factor analysis of SPSS 17.0 software,amos24.0 software was used to do confirmatory factor analysis,and finally a five-dimensional structure model was constructed.The results show that all the fitting indexes of the model meet the requirements of the model,indicating that the overall fitting effect of the model is good and acceptable.Finally,the paper applies the star hotel room safety management system to the actual management process of Chenzhou XX four-star hotel room,and introduces the specific measures and the effect of Chenzhou XX Hotel in the application of star hotel room safety management system,which provides reference for other star hotel room safety management.
